What is IntegrityNext?
IntegrityNext lets customers request sustainability and compliance information from suppliers. For each topic, you upload a management-system certificate or answer a questionnaire. Saving sends your answers and documents to the requesting customer.
Why does IntegrityNext matter to you?
An IntegrityNext invitation means a customer is asking your company for sustainability and compliance information. A questionnaire topic changes to green, yellow or red after you answer it, but the assessment is complete only when every question has a yes-or-no answer, every required field is filled and each completed topic is saved. Completion does not prove customer approval or legal compliance.
How does IntegrityNext work?
Confirm the legal entity, inviting customer, assigned topics and deadline. For a certified management system, answer the entry question, upload the certificate, enter its validity date and save. Otherwise, answer every question with yes or no and complete all required fields. Save each topic separately. Later changes are also transmitted to the customer.
What mistakes should you avoid?
- Uploading a parent company's certificate for a different legal entity.
- Leaving questions or required fields blank and assuming the topic is complete.
- Giving an unsupported yes answer instead of checking with the responsible colleague.
- Treating a completed or green result as customer approval.
Is IntegrityNext mandatory?
IntegrityNext is not itself a law. Your obligation may come from a customer request or contract. The questionnaire may collect regulatory data, but the invitation alone does not determine your legal duties.
What should you prepare for an IntegrityNext request?
Gather the invitation, company registration details, topic owners, current certificates, expiry dates, policies and supporting records. Match each document to the requested legal entity and question.
Can you reuse an IntegrityNext profile for another customer?
Yes. You can share the existing profile when another customer requests an assessment. Check the new invitation because its topics and deadline may differ.
