Singapore

Sustainability data your Singapore company can defend.

In Singapore the ask can come from ACRA and SGX reporting dates, a customer, an investor, or a supplier platform, and the timing can matter. Whether you have a reporting date of your own, a customer request, or just want a first number, we help you turn it into an answer you can defend, without having to become a sustainability expert.

ACRA and SGX dates

Scope 1 and 2 reporting

Supplier platform requests

In Singapore, the reporting dates and the requests sit side by side.

Singapore has clearer climate reporting dates for listed companies and STI constituents, while large non-listed company timing has moved later unless exempt. Customers and investors can still ask for emissions data before a direct filing applies.

01

Listed companies report Scope 1 and 2

ACRA's requirements timeline says all listed companies report Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from financial years starting on or after 1 January 2025.

02

STI constituents add ISSB and Scope 3 dates

ACRA's requirements timeline says STI constituents continue with ISSB-based climate disclosures from FY2025 and Scope 3 GHG emissions from FY2026.

03

Large non-listed companies were deferred

ACRA's updated climate reporting timelines defer ISSB-based climate-related disclosures, including Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, for large non-listed companies to FY2030 unless exempt.

Questions Singapore companies ask

Which Singapore companies must report Scope 1 and 2 emissions?

ACRA's timeline states that all listed companies report Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from FY2025. Large non-listed company timing is later and should be checked against the current requirements.

Do Singapore suppliers need Scope 3 data?

Often yes. A listed customer, STI constituent, investor, or enterprise buyer may ask for value-chain inputs even when your company is not filing that disclosure directly.

Can Keslio help us get ready before a reporting date lands?

Yes. We help Singapore companies build a baseline, set a strategy, and prepare a reporting process ahead of an ACRA or SGX date, so you are not doing it under deadline.

Should we start with the calculator or send you the request?

If a deadline or portal wording is already in front of you, send us the request. If you just want a first number, start with the Singapore calculator.
