What is CDP Supply Chain?
A CDP Supply Chain member can place your company on its annual request list. You see the customer in the Portal, and its request may add relevant supply-chain questions to your assigned questionnaire. If you received one, start with Keslio's CDP supplier page.
Why does CDP Supply Chain matter to you?
Each Supply Chain member that requested you can access your main response even when it is non-public. For a customer-specific row, only the member selected in that row and the other recipients allowed by CDP's terms can see it. Sections 8.3-8.4 and 9.2-9.3 set these rules. The 2026 scoring deadline is 16 September, but your customer may ask earlier.
How does a CDP Supply Chain request work?
Check each Portal requester and questionnaire version, then assign answer owners. Full Questions 5.12 and 5.13, or SME Questions 18.4 and 18.5, cover customer collaboration. Question 5.12 records an idea you could pursue. Question 5.13 asks whether member engagement has already led to an initiative; a Yes answer opens the member-specific 5.13.1 table. Select the intended member in every customer row.
What mistakes should you avoid?
- Building a separate Supply Chain questionnaire instead of using the version assigned in the Portal.
- Adding a customer row without selecting its requesting member.
- Describing a proposal as an initiative already carried out.
- Calling the request an endorsement by CDP or your customer.
Can several customers see the same CDP response?
Yes. The main response can go to every member that requested you. Customer-selected rows are narrower: each selected member receives its own row, not the rows addressed to other members.
What records should you keep for a CDP Supply Chain answer?
Keep the requester list, final questionnaire export, source files, answer owner, approval, submission date, and customer selection for each member-specific row.
