Full Time

Keslio is an international consulting firm, helping companies and investors reach their sustainability ambitions. We love to consult on sustainability strategy, implementation and reporting for companies and investors to advance towards their sustainability goals. Our core values are based on transparency and direct communication.

Keslio is part of the Lanmea ecosystem. Lanmea is a modern value creation and investment platform. Our ecosystem combines global advisory firms with an investment platform, giving you exposure across sectors, stages, and geographies. As an analyst, you’ll work at the intersection of that ecosystem: close to real decarbonisation challenges, regulatory change and investor expectations.

Why we need you

  • Sustainability is moving from “nice to have” to core business strategy. Our clients are navigating fast-evolving regulations (such as CSRD and emerging ISSB standards), stakeholder expectations, net-zero commitments, and supply-chain requirements - often across multiple countries at once.
  • As a Sustainability Analyst (ESG / Impact) at Keslio, you sit at the heart of this journey. You’ll turn complex ESG and climate data into clear insights, help design practical sustainability strategies, and support the delivery of projects for companies and investors across sectors such as tech, energy & infrastructure, consumer, manufacturing and financial services.

Why should you join us?

  • You will get international exposure by working with clients around the world.
  • You’ll join a close-knit group where your ideas are heard and your work is highly visible. From day one, you’ll collaborate directly with senior colleagues and join client meetings, workshops and presentations.
  • We want you to grow both professionally and personally. You’ll receive close mentorship, the opportunity to shape new services and tools, and a clear path to increasing responsibility as we scale.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

You’ll be diving deep into the world of sustainability and ESG, performing rigorous analysis and strategy work that underpins our advisory services for companies and investors. From day one, you’ll be exposed to multiple aspects of sustainability consulting, from GHG emissions and regulations to strategy, reporting and impact, and you’ll join senior team members in client meetings and workshops. Your contributions will support the execution of sustainability projects and help shape how our clients integrate sustainability into their business and investment decisions. Specifically, you will:

  • Conduct sustainability, ESG and climate analyses, including data collection, GHG calculations (Scopes 1, 2 and, where relevant, 3), benchmarking and KPI development
  • Research sustainability and regulatory trends (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, ISSB, TCFD) and prepare concise sector and topic reports for clients and internal use.
  • Support the execution of sustainability strategy projects, such as materiality assessments, roadmap development and target-setting (e.g. net-zero, SBTs).
  • Prepare impactful client presentations, dashboards and reports, and participate in client calls, workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting, ratings and certification processes, helping clients respond to investor and customer ESG information requests.
  • Perform commercial and operational activities to help us grow Keslio, including supporting proposals, pitches and thought-leadership content for KeslioX.

You need these qualifications

  • You have 0-3 years of work experience in sustainability, ESG, consulting, impact investing, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptionally strong internship or project experience in these areas can be considered if you can demonstrate real ownership and impact.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Public Policy or a related discipline - or you can demonstrate a clear, proven affinity for sustainability.
  • You are confident working with sustainability and ESG datasets (for example emissions, KPIs and benchmarks) and using tools to turn raw data into clean, decision-ready analysis.
  • You have a structured, quantitative mindset and are comfortable engaging with ESG and climate frameworks and standards, not just their headlines.
  • You have a team-focused, entrepreneurial personality with a strong ‘high growth’ mindset.
  • You possess a self-empowered work style with the drive to execute work independently and take ownership of your tasks.

It would be nice if

  • You have international experience, adding a global perspective to your work.
  • You have some exposure to sustainability regulations or reporting frameworks and are curious to learn more.
  • You have experience discussing sustainability topics with external stakeholders such as investors, customers or partners.

If you’re motivated by real-world sustainability challenges, curious about how companies and investors align profit with impact, and excited to work inside a broader Lanmea ecosystem of ambitious builders, we’d love to hear from you.
